Abbeville Family Health Center is a community health services clinic based in Henry County. This clinic is open limited hours so call for hours first. Federal funds granted to grantee Southeast Alabama Rural Health Associates maintain operations. Opened since 2011, Abbeville Family Health Center opens on a year-round schedule.

Southeast Alabama Rural Health Associates (SARHA) is a private, non-profit corporation established in 1983 to insure the availability of quality medical services to all residents of southeast Alabama. SARHA currently provides primary and preventive health services to the residents of Barbour, Coffee, Crenshaw, Dale, Geneva, Henry, Pike and surrounding counties
