About Carter County Health Center

Local public health department. Services include free childhood immunizations, family planning, WIC, tetanus shots, flu shots, restaurant inspections, help with environmental complaints, animal bite reports, and preparation and response to any disaster that may threaten the health and well-being of residents.

Clinic Schedule

Our office is open from 8:00AM to 5:00PM, Monday - Friday and is Closed on Holidays

Appointments are necessary for Family Planning Annuals/Initials, Guidance, Car Seats, and Maternity.

All other services are offered on a first-come first-served basis.
