Sliding Fee Scale
For those with no health insurance who do not qualify for any other programs or assistance, CHSA offers a sliding fee schedule based on Federal Poverty Level (FPL), family size and income. Our health center staff members can help you decide on the payment plan most appropriate for you.

CHIP
The Children's Health Insurance Program (CHIP) is designed for families who earn too much money to qualify for Medicaid, yet cannot afford to buy private insurance for their children. CHIP coverage provides eligible children with coverage for a full range of health services including dental, regular checkups, immunizations, prescription drugs, lab tests, X-rays, hospital visits and more.
