We are dedicated to providing people 50+ with quality health and dental services. We also serve as an important source of information on healthy aging in our rapidly growing community.

Hours: Open Mondays through Thursdays, 8 a.m. - 4 p.m.except holidays. The clinic is not open evenings and weekends and does not treat emergencies. Since clinic hours can vary, please call us at 239.566.7425 for an appointment.

If you are 50 years or older, have trouble finding quality health or dental care in Collier County, and meet low income guidelines, you can count on us! Our clinic has highly qualified and credentialed licensed volunteer physicians and dentists supported by volunteer nurses, secretary and support personnel. Caring for patients and practicing for the sheer loved of medicine is their motivation. They work in close cooperation with the Collier County Health Department to provide health care to hundreds of patients each year.

The clinic provides:
- Primary Care
- General physical examinations,including EKGs
- Referrals for lab work and X-rays at other local facilities
- General Dental services
- Medication Assistance
- Referrals to other local physicians if needed
- Monitoring of chronic illnesses, including diabetes, high blood pressure and heart disease
- Health Screenings
