About Head Start - Torrance-Moriarty

Moriarty Head Start offers services to 40 Head Start children (three-five year olds) and eight toddlers (two-three year olds). The families are offered Full Day/Full Year services, as well as, one class that is Full Day/Part Year (closed in the summer). Staff encourages the children to explore their environment and ask many questions. The teachers build on the children's interest while encouraging growth, socially, emotionally, intellectually and physically.
