The Chaparral Family Health Center provides comprehensive primary care services for the residents of Chaparral, New Mexico. The Center provides the following types of care: primary care for children and adults; immunizations for children and adults; chronic illness care for illnesses such as diabetes, high blood pressure, and asthma; acute illness care; preventive medicine; family planning; breast and cervical cancer screening; prescriptions; health education; laboratory services; and health screenings.

Anyone is eligible to receive services at Chaparral Family Health Center. The Center does not discriminate in providing care to any individual because of race, age, sex, religion, marital status, physical handicap, disability, residency or ability to pay. In addition to private pay, we accept Medicaid, Medicare, private insuranc, the Otero County Healthcare Assistance Program and Dona Ana County Healthcare Program. We will assist in filing the insurance forms for you. Sliding fees are set based upon the total household income and size of family, according to proof of income. Payment is expected at time of service.
