Pms - Cuba School-Based Health Center is a community-based health center based in Cuba serving the rural population. This clinic is open only 16 hours a week. Opened since 2012, Pms - Cuba School-Based Health Center opens on a part-time schedule.
Cuba Head Start provides high-quality early education for 20 children ages three to five years of age in partnership with their families and the community. The vision of Cuba Head Start is that every child enrolled in Head Start will enter kindergarten with the competencies necessary to succeed in school and parent/caregivers will be empowered to be their child's most important teacher.

(Home Visitor Program:)
Home-Based services are provided to 38 families in Sandoval County. The Home Visiting Program is a year-round program offered to families with children ages birth to three years. It provides an opportunity for parents to encourage their child's healthy development. Together, the parents and Home Visitor create a home learning environment that will help the child grow and develop socially, intellectually, emotionally and physically.
