Pms -Ortiz Mountain Health Center is a community-based health center in Santa Fe County serving the rural population. This clinic is open only 40 hours a week. Federal funds granted to Presbyterian Medical Services. help maintain operations. Operations began October of 1995.

Primary Care:
- Treatment of acute illnesses and chronic diseases, such as diabetes, hypertension and respiratory diseases
- Treatment of minor injuries
- Prenatal care
- Coordinated obstetrical services
- Well child exams
- Immunizations
- Teen wellness
- Women's Health Services
- Nutrition
- Health screenings and wellness exams
- Employment and sports physicals

Diagnostic and Treatment Services
- Laboratory
- In-house Pharmacy
- Vision and Hearing tests
- EKG testing

Behavioral Health:
Offered through collaborative agreement with Santa Fe Community Guidance Center) include:

- Diagnosis and treatment of depression, anxiety and other mood disorders
- Counseling for adults and couples
- Referrals for children
- Evaluation and referral for substance abuse and serious mental illness
